Bagsværd

At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Bagsværd we produce marketed products and products to support the clinical trials. Our production processes are complex, and the factory is an important part of providing quality products to patients globally. We depend on sustainable equipment optimization and maintenance through Asset Management and we will in 2024 form a dedicated team responsible for three key deliveries:
  • Implement the asset management methodology across the site together with maintenance teams in the individual production areas of IFP BA
  • Work closely with the central Asset Management organization to define new Asset Management standards across production sites
  • Implement the standards in all production areas of IFP Bagsværd
    • To head up this new team, we are looking for a team leader. Your key deliveries will be:
  • Lead the team by providing clear direction and conduct daily performance board meetings to ensure appropriate prioritization and coordination within the team
  • Utilize efficient planning and stakeholder alignment to ensure necessary process support for optimizing production stability and efficiency.
  • Foster individual and team development to enhance performance and promote high engagement
  • Collaborate actively with departments management team and provide feedback and sparring on issues
  • Drive a lean mindset where continues improvement is key
    • You will report to our new Senior Manager for Production Support and join the local management team together with two other team leaders. You will have 8 people in direct reference. Qualifications You hold an academic degree in engineering, natural science or similar, and you have a proven track record working with SAP PM og MM. Furthermore, you
  • Are a talented and motivating people leader
  • Have extensive experience in proactive maintenance
  • Have recent success in asset management strategy development and implementation
  • Are great in project management and change facilitation
  • Are well respected for your stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Great communication skills
    • You have a LEAN mindset and a growth mentality as it will be crucial for your ability to foster a culture where people constantly learn and grow through ongoing development and feedback.
