About the Department Our core purpose is to enable Novo Nordisk to attract, retain and reward the right people in the right place through sustainable, competitive, flexible and compliant reward practices. To achieve this purpose, we have Total Rewards Development Leads, like you, collaborating closely with our Total Rewards Partners and the specialist in areas covering Benefits, Mobility and Executive Compensation. The result is the creation of a truly global organization called Total Rewards & Mobility Center of Excellence (CoE) which we are all a part of. The CoE is manned by employees who are geographically dispersed; which means that we work as a virtual global team, with a footprint across all geographical regions, covering all areas. The position As a member of the Total Rewards Development team, you will play a crucial role as an expert and project manager for several global projects. Your contributions will take rewards deliveries at Novo Nordisk to the next level, supporting the overall strategy. You can look forward to: Being responsible for managing global projects Being a lead in subject matter expertise teams to support the overall strategy Utilizing your well-established stakeholder management skills to be persuasive and assertive towards senior leaders while remaining collaborative across boundaries and understanding business perspectives You will report to the Head of Total Rewards Development & Partnering and work closely with a team of dedicated Rewards Specialists handling key global projects across the organization, such as the salary review process, salary increase, sustainable rewards, pay equity, transparency on rewards, and recognition process. Some traveling might be expected (less than 10%). Qualifications To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following skills and knowledge: Master's degree e.g. in Business Administration, or Human Resources Several years of proven experience in the field of Rewards Experience in senior stakeholder management and leading global rewards projects Experience in working with global teams, with M&A projects, and/or digitalization/AI in connection with Total Rewards deliveries is advantageous Fluency in English As a person, you have a high level of integrity, personal drive, and adaptability.
