This is your chance to gain a foothold in an international organization as you work across the entire EMEA region – all while joining a new team, which you will be able to influence as we move towards our future order management set-up.
Influence a brand-new team
Based in Ballerup, you will be part of our new EMEA Customer Service team alongside 1 other order supervisor. The team is closely tied to our external partner – our new shared services function of 35 colleagues in Budapest handles order entries – which means you will function as the escalation point for your colleagues.
Be the main driver of our master data set-up
As you read this, we are in the process of transforming our European order management set-up. Previously, order management was decentralized, leaving us with multiple processes and ways of working. Now, we want to streamline our processes from a central function, working closely with the local customer service units and stakeholders. By April 2021, we expect to have rolled out the set-up across Europe.
Consequently, you will play an important role in maintaining our systems and ensuring a high data quality for our customers.
You will be instrumental in securing robust processes for maintaining master data for our entire customer set-up, Salesbuild, SKU cards, vendors and other order system-related tasks in our ERP system. Also, you will play an important role in rolling out a new ERP system, Dynamics 365, as a superuser in e-commerce.

Specific tasks may also include:
- Creating customers in the system, including assigning account numbers in Navision or SAP codes via Master Data as well as updating Salesbuild and controlling evidence of compliance before first order
- Updating price lists on requests from Sales and at product launches and managing the update of the yearly spare part price list
- Unblocking all new part numbers in Navision for launches and blocking terminated part numbers
- Maintaining Corporate Finance and controlling mistakes in posting or credit notes
- Owning all work instructions and guidelines for global Customer Care and service processes with ROC facilities and warranty agreements
- Supporting inspections and audits

- You have a few years of experience in customer service or order management – or perhaps from a finance function where you have worked at an administrative level with data and reports
- You are an Excel wizard
- You possess a strong hands-on ERP and process understanding and you know Navision in detail
- You are fluent in English
