LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. You will navigate in a complex HRIS landscape composed of SuccessFactors, Kronos, ServiceNow HR and RPA and your goal is to look at the end-to-end solutions and in close collaboration with IT find the best solution to fulfill our requirements.

In the Global People Digital Center of Excellence we are constantly working on increasing best-in-class user experience for employees, managers and our colleagues in Global People. Working in LEO will provide you with the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.

The job



As an HRIS Process Owner you will work closely with HR Process Owners and build together the best HR solution along with the most efficient HR processes. In addition you will also engage with Group IT, with whom we co-own the HRIS roadmap of projects, enhancements and new technologies. You can expect as a minimum to focus on the following tasks:

  • Act as an HRIS expert and advisor to the Global People Shared Services team
  • Provide HR systems and integrations expertise and always chase new functionalities that can automate and improve our processes
  • Bring best-in-class and experience from previous jobs around HRIS operating model, Shared Service Centres and collaboration with Group IT
  • Drive and facilitate the implementation of new HR technologies (i.e. additional SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0)
  • Implement and test new functionality in our HRIS system in collaboration with IT

Your qualifications


  • Master's degree in business administration, economics or IT
  • +5 years of experience in the field of HR/HRIS/IT
  • Strong SuccessFactors and data analytical skills
  • Preferably experience with HR transformation and transition
  • Strong command of English, written and spoken – any other language is a plus

In addition we require a person that has good sense of humor, can navigate ambiguity and likes to challenge and be challenged by stakeholders in Group HR and Group IT.

You will be part of multinational team with members from 5 different countries, speaking 7 different languages.
