Are you interested in playing a crucial role for Total Exploration & Production (TEPDK) digitalization journey and implementation? If yes, then this position with Information Technologies and Services (ITS) in Total based in Esbjerg might be your match!
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will work closely with IT Business Analysts and business stakeholders to identify, plan and deliver digital projects and products. You will ensure that digitalization projects and/or products are well coordinated and integrated with the complex TEPDK applications roadmap.

The Digital Delivery Manager is a new role in the ITS Business Partnering team where you will work together with our IT Business Analysts, a Solutions Architect and our Software Integrations Manager in a great team where 2 days are never alike and where we have fun while we ensure delivery of value to the business. Your role will be to ensure that software digitalization opportunities are well delivered according to agile processes and involving all the relevant stakeholders. Most importantly, you will bring to the team your knowledge and experience within the latest digitalization technologies which could for example be: artificial intelligence, digital twin, IoT analytics, virtual reality, cloud-based solutions, machine learning, predictive analytics etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and prioritize digitalization opportunities (understanding current processes and digital options) in close collaboration with Business Analysts and key business stakeholders
- Together with Business Analysts, understand and build requirements for digital projects/products and make sure requirements are maintained, managed and tracked
- Ensure strong knowledge of the latest digitalization technologies are considered and influencing the TEPDK digital roadmap
- Plan and coordinate to secure resource allocation and forecasting to deliver products/projects
- Drive the timely delivery of digital projects and products by working agile with business stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams including local IT, global IT, global project teams (placed in Total headquarter) and external vendors
- Support the delivery of larger digital projects through the IT PMO by providing direction and guidance with knowledge of digital platforms, digital technologies and solutions
- Be receptive and proactive in following the market for digital solutions, in order to influence proactively the technological direction for digital innovation in TEPDK and coordinating the strategic direction of digital technologies with our global IT organization

Your background
- Degree in IT, Engineering or similar
- Proven experience in applying digital solutions to professional companies
- Good knowledge of performing cross-domain projects and preferably good knowledge of the energy industry
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- Ability to understand Danish and/or French is a plus
