The job
In the role of a Process Supporter, you will be a key driver in ensuring that our production meets our standards and needs. You will also have an important role in ensuring great collaboration with our quality department so that we meet current and future GMP requirements and manufacturing procedures.
Together with your colleagues, you will be working on continuous development of our processes and validation. Right now, we are on an exciting productivity journey to ensure that we can supply our patients with high quality products at a low cost, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Therefore, a key task is to focus on prioritization, so that we can meet our production goals and comply with the production plan.
Qualifications
• You hold a degree in engineering, natural science, pharmacy or similar.
• Experience with monitoring of equipment is an advantage
• Experience with GMP and LEAN methodologies is also an advantage.
• Finally, it is a prerequisite that you are professionally proficient in written and oral Danish and English.
We are looking for a person who will thrive in a dynamic environment where two days are never a like, where we often need to reprioritize and change focus. Therefore, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes in circumstances are important.
Moreover, the colleagues we are looking for should have a very keen eye for quality as well as the ability to meet deadlines. Finally, you must be a good communicator and have an ability to work in collaboration with a broad range of different stakeholders on all levels of the organization.
About the department
In Biopharm Finished Products in Gentofte, we ensure the filling of haemophilia preparations and other Biopharm products. The filling factory, the Wash & Sterilization team that you may be joining, is responsible for the washing and sterilisation processes and procedures related to the manufacturing equipment.
Our department’s most important goal is to ensure a stable and efficient production while ensuring the highest quality standards and that the production targets are met. Moreover, as a Process Supporter, you need to ensure efficient and through cleaning procedures between batch changes, being able to handle deviation, minimising environmental footprint and making fruitful production optimisations of a very complex setup.
You will work alongside 13 competent and dedicated colleagues in a team with a great atmosphere. We appreciate an informal tone and a constructive mindset. We work together on our most important tasks: Validation of our processes and optimization of our production line, and we are great at sharing both challenges and victories.
