Are you interested in supporting a continuing evolving GMP production in Novo Nordisk? Do you wish to participate in troubleshooting of everyday manual and automated cleaning (CIP) issues and cleaning validation projects in a highly complex API production? Right now, we are looking for a cleaning supporter to join our team in Purification Plant in Kalundborg.
About the department
Purification Plant (PP) consist of 4 individual plants purifying insulin and GLP1. With more than 600 employees PP has its own laboratory, maintenance department and business support. The open position in the Cleaning Support Team consists of 18 dedicated supporters who support 4 factories and major investment projects in PS API.
The job
Your primary responsibility will be to support the production by handling issues regarding cleaning in the API production. You will be playing a key role in securing that we comply with the predefined requirements of our quality management system and that we work systematically according to the LEAN principles implemented in the department. As a part of the team, you will have the responsibility of our cleaning processes and you will handle deviations from standard procedures, implement corrective actions, handle change requests, carry out cleaning validations, write SOP’s, protocols, reports, and various documentation related to the API production.
Another important part of the job is to optimize our cleaning processes and procedures in existing or newly established factories.
In this job, you will be in daily contact with the Quality Assurance, Production, Development, Laboratories and Technical Support. The Cleaning Support team consists of highly motivated persons and the position offers you a unique opportunity to strengthen your experience in a GMP production environment and realise personal as well as departmental goals. You will experience an enthusiastic working climate focused on teamwork and delivery.

Qualification
We imagine that:
- You have an educational background as an engineer, Cand. scient, Cand. pharm or a technical background with many years of practical production experience
- Experience with cleaning support in a pharmaceutical production and managing minor projects in a GMP environment is preferred but not a prerequisite
- Moreover, experience with production of pharmaceuticals is preferred as well as knowledge of the LEAN principles. Experience with production equipment (tanks, pumps, valves etc.), automation/coding, data analysis, and industry 4.0 initiatives are seen as a big plus.
