The Position We are looking for an IT automation supporter who will be part of a team of 12 who handle the day-to-day operating support for our production facilities, which consists of a filling and packaging plant with more than 70 full automated systems. As we have a great focus on IT compliance, documentation tasks will take up part of your daily assignments. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Ensure that production runs optimally and that we always work according to the applicable legal requirements.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the IT systems and automation equipment involving troubleshooting on our production facilities software.
  • Participate in qualification of IT and automation changes.
  • Update documentation.
    • You will have the opportunity to participate in projects to elevate old as well as new IT systems to today's standards. Your working day will be varied and sometimes jam-packed, as the IT system and automation equipment are essential for the production. You will handle your assignments in close dialogue with many employee groups both inside and outside the department, where you will play central role. Together with your colleagues, you will be part of an on-call duty roster meaning that you will be supporting users with their issues 24/7/365. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
  • Hold a degree at min. Bachelor level within IT, Automation, Technology, Process Engineering.
  • Or have more than 3 years' experience within IT & Automation support.
  • Have knowledge about Siemens PLCs, IT infrastructure, SCADA (iFIX) and servers in a Windows domain environment (a plus).
  • Are fluent in Danish (both written and spoken) and English.
    • It will be considered an added advantage, if you are familiar with GMP rules with a focus on IT compliance, as well as understanding documentation, configuration management, ITIL and IT systems qualification. But most important, you are eager to learn. As a person, you are social and positive by nature. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and you like to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. You are used to collaborating and communicating across different professional areas in a complex stakeholder landscape and you have the capability of handling a high workload without losing the overview. About the Department The department provides IT & Automation support for our aseptic filling and packaging facilities in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse DK.
