As a Senior Quality Training Professional, your role involves delivering training anchoring in our two programmes QA Education Foundation and Quality Accelerator Programme to enhance the knowledge of new QA colleagues organization wide. You'll be the content expert in designing or updating training materials and take part in scheduling and facilitating existing training programs within the team. Success in this role requires a commitment to keeping learning solutions simple, practical, and engaging for learners. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Conducting simple, engaging, and efficient training activities (both virtual and face-to-face) to establish a strong knowledge foundation for new employees throughout Novo Nordisk Quality
• Continuously evaluating existing training offerings as well as the need for new training initiatives in collaboration with Novo Nordisk Quality management
• Coordinating training activities with dedicated instructors and securing updated training plans to balance supply and demand
• Creating and fostering collaborative customer relationships by focusing on customer needs and responding to training-related questions and issues
• Ensuring right level of communication to the organisation regarding new training initiatives
You will be part of a small team working towards harmonization and optimisation of training offered by Novo Nordisk Quality but will collaborate with stakeholders from all around the world and will spend significant time in an office and training environment. The position is anchored in Bagsværd, but with occasional travels to our other sites in Denmark, Zealand.
Qualifications
What we’re seeking in potential team members: • Master’s degree within pharmacy, medicine- or health sciences with solid relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with delivering training for both small and larger scale audience face-to-face and virtual.
• Dedication to staying updated with requirements and customizing training materials for existing and new programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage others in the training environment.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Our department operates within Novo Nordisk Quality Business Support, providing support to various Quality areas. Experience in project management, implementing communication plans, and proficiency in Danish would be advantageous.
About the department
Our department Quality Onboarding and Training was established during spring 2022 where the first goal was to establish a QA programme with an accelerated learning journey for newly graduated candidates across our areas in Novo Nordisk Quality (NNQ). The departments responsibilities have expanded to include governance of NNQ offered training in our QA Education Foundation and providing additional centralized training activities across NN. As a team, we are ambitious, motivated, and dedicated to deliver strong results. Our working environment is fun and informal, we value flexibility and collaboration across skillsets. We have a huge network across the organisation working closely together with Global Training, local training coordinators in QA, NNQ Business Support, HR, and the local Quality areas which makes our working day diverse and exciting.
