As an QC Chemist, you will be responsible for approving analytical results and you will support the laboratory technicians with the analytical work in the laboratory through guidance and coaching, securing timely delivery of analytical results. You will also work in close collaboration with the chemists in the team and ensure that the analytical performance and equipment live up to industry standards and GMP.
We have 15 dedicated employees in the team (11 laboratory technicians and 4 chemists), and the core tasks for the team are:
Timely delivery of analytical results to our stakeholders ensuring medicine reach the patients. Solving laboratory investigations and deviations utilising systematic problem solving as a tool. Continuous improvement and optimisation of our processes using LEAN principles.

Qualifications
Your experiences include:A MSc degree in chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or have a similar background. Good communication skills. You are professionally proficient in both written and spoken Danish and English. A natural flair for IT. Analytical skills.
It is an advantage if:You have experience from the pharmaceutical industry and preferably are used to work in accordance with GMP standards. Experience with analytical chemistry and/or cell-based assays. Experience with LEAN.

Our department's area of responsibility is chemical and biological analysis of stability samples, drug substance samples, drug product samples and intermediate samples. In our QC department in Gentofte, we are approximately 100 motivated and talented colleagues divided into 7 teams. Your new department is characterized by high professionalism, quality mindset and an informal tone.
