Then you might be our new HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Production Site in Hillerød.
The position
As HRBP, you will be member of the site leadership team and part of a strong HRBP team working across IFP. At the site you will identify and deliver on the HR agenda which supports the site strategic and operational business deliverables. Your key responsibilities will be to advice, support and collaborate with site leadership team, the main HR BP responsibilities being within:
You will play an essential role in continuously reviewing, assessing, and evolving the organization in order to develop one of our modern and efficient production sites.
Besides your role as trusted partner for the site CVP and leadership team, you will also contribute to strategic projects across the SVP area or in relation to our P&O community.
Qualifications
You combine your strong skills within organizational development and team dynamics with a deep business understanding and an ability to think strategically. This enables you to connect business development and HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook.

About the department
Our People & Organisation Business Partnering team consist of 10 HR Business Partners supporting IFP sites in Denmark and 4 Site P&O Directors heading P&O at our Sites outside Denmark. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs.
You will be supporting IFP Hillerød in our large production organisation of approx. 1000 employees, who play a key role in delivering products to our patients worldwide. The site is a highly modern and automated production facility within all areas and processes and is thereby a production lighthouse for Novo Nordisk. IFP HI is an important and strategic site in our global production network and launches all new diabetes products. The factory is in operation 365/24/7 and has a continuous focus on optimizing process and line performance using Modern Technology and LEAN (Hoshin Kanri, KATA, VSM).
