The position
As a Training Developer your main responsibility will be to act as Project Manager driving the implementation of new training-setups across our productions units in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) located in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse. Starting with an analysis of the business needs and challenges, then designing and implementing the setup and ending with an evaluation.

All above will be performed in close collaboration with end-users, process experts, and managers.
Furthermore you will join a network of skilled training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices, and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area.
Qualifications
Since we are starting a new team the most important qualification is your passion and drive for developing efficient training that enhances competences and human performance. We are looking for both experienced training professionals and junior professionals who are eager to learn.
On a personal level you have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach. You thrive in an environment with many stakeholders where most of your time is spend together with line of business. Last but not least you enjoy being a part of a team where sparring and humour is high on the agenda.
About the department
The team will be responsible for designing and implementing competence development in all our Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) production units in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse. You will be joining our team together with four or five new colleagues. Since everyone will joining at the same time you will have a unique opportunity to be a part of defining how we should work as a team.
The team is solely dedicated to perform training projects and is a part of our local production site business support function, supporting production of treatment of disease-areas within Haemophilia, Growth hormone deficiency, Hypokits for diabetes management. The co-teams in the department are responsible for investment projects and -validation, project portfolio management, business intelligence and warehouse operations.

- Use your training toolbox to help line of business develop effective training content and workflows that enhances human performance
- Identify training needs and apply relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids
- Engage with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation
- Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact

Qualifications

- Preferable you hold a relevant master’s degree within adult learning, organisational development, psychology or similar
- You have experience with designing and implementing competence development and in depth knowledge of different training principals
- You have experience within project management and a proven track record of driving change management
- You are an engaging facilitator and teacher
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate on all levels of the organisation
- Experience from a GMP regulated industry is an advantage
