About the department
The department, Injectable Finished Products QC, in Hillerød, consist of 70 employees working in 4 teams. The department is responsible for the OPC testing from assembly lines and chemical analysis of injectable finished products, securing that Novo Nordisk quality products are available to patients worldwide.
The role
You will be part of a team of chemists, engineer, operators, and lab technicians with the responsibility of performing OPC test from the production lines, furthermore the team have the responsibilities for sample receiving and purchasing of laboratory goods. As an OPC and Lab. support Chemist, you will first and foremost be responsible for ensuring a high-quality support to the team, ensuring that they can conduct the analyses needed to release our finished products in time. This includes handling of deviations, change requests, and approval of qualifications including the required documentation, and you will contribute to ongoing optimization of our existing processes and implementation of new equipment.
In Novo Nordisk we are focusing on digitalizing our QC laboratories by introducing automated processes and connecting laboratory equipment to LIMS to support a paperless future. You will be part of this important journey implementing projects in the team.
Qualifications
You hold a MSc in Engineering, Natural Sciences or similar. You have strong communication skills both in spoken and written Danish and English and you thrive in a changing environment with ambitious deadlines. You embrace new ideas and changes and are not afraid to take lead and bring new solutions, processes, and improvements forward. You find it natural to establish new relationships across teams and departments. Finally, you have a quality mindset and a sharp eye for detail that you apply when needed.
If you have experience within GMP regulated production that will be a plus.
