About the department
Customer Complaint Centre (CCC Support and CCC Operations) is part of Operations & Staffs Quality (OSQ) in Novo Nordisk Quality. We are striving to deliver the highest quality to patients supporting all Operations and Staffs areas.
This role will have you work in CCC Support. A department of approx. 30 colleagues with diverse backgrounds. The department is responsible for processes ensuring handling of global customer complaints, on-going surveillance, effective handling of potential and actual recall situations.
The position
As a Senior Project Manager you will be the Champion leading the CCC project portfolio together with CCC management, including projects from low to high risk/complexity/impact.
Among your daily tasks you will:
Qualifications
You will be a catalyst for change with demonstrated strong skills in change management and have a high drive for continuous improvement. We are seeking for someone with a collaborative approach enjoying working in cross-functional teams and in an international environment while able to work with high independency and structure.
To succeed in this role, you:
On a personal level you have leadership competences (especially within collaboration across boundaries, inspiring and motivating, innovation and continuous improvement) and strong communication and presentation skills.
Finally, as you will be interacting with our affiliates across the globe, you have a very good understanding of different cultures and behaviours and proven ability to work across and facilitate cross organizational groups from different cultures.

The position
As a Senior Project Manager you will be the Champion leading the CCC project portfolio together with CCC management, including projects from low to high risk/complexity/impact.
Among your daily tasks you will:
- Lead the CCC project portfolio
- Proactively identify new opportunities for improvement projects in CCC
- Drive the LEAN agenda and its implementation in CCC
- Active build across functional collaboration within OSQ
- Act as a mentor and guiding star for less experienced PMs in CCC and in OSQ
Qualifications
You will be a catalyst for change with demonstrated strong skills in change management and have a high drive for continuous improvement. We are seeking for someone with a collaborative approach enjoying working in cross-functional teams and in an international environment while able to work with high independency and structure.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Preferably hold a Master’s degree (business, engineering, pharmacy etc)
- Have Project Management experience
- Preferably extensive experience with LEAN
- Have experience in customer services within a large organization
- Are fluent in English speaking and writing
- Preferably have documented experience in application of systematic problem solving and statistical methods
