As Associate Manager you will lead, coach, and develop a team of highly dedicated and competent employees. The team handles deviations, quality investigations as well as relevant material handling such as quarantine and failure report handling in FlexTouch Preassembly.
The team facilitates systematic problem solving and handle deviations in collaboration with dedicated colleagues from Quality Assurance (QA), Process Experts and Device Manufacturing Development.
Your leadership supports a LEAN culture where continuous improvement is a natural part of everyday work. It will be important for you to maintain the overview of ongoing performance in your area through close stakeholder interface and the usage of Key Performance Indicators.
As part of the management group in FlexTouch Preassembly, you will be responsible for aligning common goals and strategies, and then implement them in your area. You will also need to have a high degree of readiness for change and adaptability, as new priorities can arise from day to day. You will play an active role in setting direction for the area and in contributing to cross team initiatives and projects.

To succeed in this position, you:
· Hold a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
· Have a strong quality mindset
· Experience with people management is preferred.
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English You thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and upcoming priorities, and always meet strict deadlines and business targets. You have a strong LEAN mind-set, and the ability to facilitate problem solving and to find the right root causes. Lastly, you have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to network, build trust in your relationships and get commitment from stakeholders. About the department
You will join FlexTouch Pre-assembly in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 200 colleagues, working in 10 teams, and we produce the mechanical Motor Module in Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled devices FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in “Injectable Finished Products” and “Biotech and Rare Diseases”.
