The Position As Work Package Owner for IT/OT, you will be part of our Next-Generation expansion project. This includes taking a project from scope development and project planning through execution and project closeout. Your main responsibilities include:
  • Planning and execution of the project deliverables, reporting to the overall project manager and the project team on a day-to-day basis, and act as the central resource for team communication: you will supply project scope for IT, deliver concept with project champion and key stakeholders, as well as developing, communicating, and managing adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Work closely with Engineering, Automation, Validation, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, on project teams to facilitate design, transfer, and start-up of IT/OT projects
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Novo Nordisk IT/OT corporate requirements
  • Lead the track of IT / OT and reporting of project activities, such as status reporting, resource allocation, milestone reporting, risk mitigation, budgeting, and benefit tracking
  • Follow Novo Nordisk project governance including preparation of stage gate presentations as required
    • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:
  • At least a bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of three years of project management experience within IT &/or Manufacturing Automation.
  • Excellent technical writing & oral communication skills including presentation and facilitation skills
  • High level understanding of infrastructure services & manufacturing automation systems.
    • It would be considered as a plus if you have knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) ideally obtained within a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. As a person, you good stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact at all levels within the organization. You enjoy working with a high level of autonomy and authority. You possess strong analytical, reasoning, organizational and multi-tasking skills. About the department You will be a part of the Device Manufacturing & Sourcing IT Team, which is a highly skilled and experienced team. Our manufacturing facility produces a global supply of Injection Pens for insulin and other Novo Nordisk products.
