In your daily work as Complaints Management Lead for Connected Medical Devices, you will interface with cross-functional teams, experts from across disciplines and external digital health partners. This job will offer you lots of learning opportunities. What you’ll do:
  • Regularly monitor complaints related to connected medical devices.
  • Manage complaints by maintaining and updating the status in the customer complaint tool.
  • Based on your technical knowledge, suggest mitigation to the development teams.
  • Perform the root cause analysis, troubleshooting, testing of the potential mitigations.
  • Escalate the cases in relevant forums when and wherever required
  • Generate weekly report of complaint status
  • Engage with a truly diverse and cross organization stakeholders
  • Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine that a successful candidate has:
  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or related subjects.
  • Experience with product maintenance, lifecycle management, SW system development, test, verification, customer support related to Bluetooth/NFC/Wireless protocols, iOS/Android systems OR in similar areas.
  • Ability to navigate in a big and complex organization.
  • Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of connected devices (e.g., embedded SW, Mobile Apps, Cloud) and underlying technologies (BLE, NFC etc.).
  • It would be considered an advantage if you also have experience with connected medical devices or medical devices with embedded software with a basic understanding of IEC 62304. As a person, you are a strong team player with a can-do attitude and focus on opportunities rather than limitations. You are recognised for your people skills. You are energetic, and you are comfortable with taking initiative, as well as facilitating stakeholders. You communicate fluently in English both written and orally and like to document your work. About the department Devices & Delivery Solutions is an area within Novo Nordisk's global R&D organisation. We develop medical devices for self-treatment, supporting all business areas of Novo Nordisk A/S. Devices & Delivery Solutions is located in Hillerød, in the greater Copenhagen area, and we have a long and outstanding track record of developing the best, most innovative, and widely used insulin devices in the world. We are expanding our portfolio of connected medical device projects that require innovative and reliable connected delivery solutions and thus, great effort is put into partnering with global and local development partners.
