The Position In this position you will ensure stability and quality in our training administration processes and tools by performing e.g. Support line of business, Go-Look-See, root-cause analysis and data analysis. And you will drive projects that provide line of business with a simple and easy setup in how to handle their training administration. Your main tasks will include:
  • Identifying and implementing optimization and standardization opportunities in our processes, tools and workflows (our ambition is to automate 70-80% of the manually tasks, we are handling today)
  • Driving optimization and standardization projects in the team and together with line of business
  • Delivering professional support to line of business
  • Standardize and bundle training content at the highest possible level in the organisation
  • Support an increasingly agile workforce and to minimize time spend on maintaining training content across Novo Nordisk
  • In this role you will work closely with line of business, Process Responsible or Process Groups and your team members. You will proactively plan and drive the projects, make recommendations as well as facilitating meetings with project members and stakeholders. Being a part of a cross-functional team you wil work closely with our colleagues in Novo Nordisk Global Business Support in Bangalore, India. In this position you will have possibility to work from both of our locations in Bagsværd or Kalundborg. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we are looking for a colleague who has:
  • Natural interest and understanding of the training administration process, the flow for training and document management
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree
  • Be familiar with GMP requirements for the training process is an advantage
  • Couple of years of experience working in an international company (pharma is an advantage)
  • Proven project management skills
  • Flair for and natural interest for IT systems (we use LMS system)
  • Be fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written
  • As a person, you are innovative, systematic, data driven, service and team oriented. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will allow you to work efficiently with global stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. Last but not least, you are pragmatic and curious with the ability to make independent decisions whenever it is needed. About the Department You will join the business area Training & Capability Building which is a part of Global People and Organisation. You will become part of a department which is responsible for delivering standardized and automated training administration across Novo Nordisk. We are expanding the team to meet the increased need for a more globalised, standardized and automated training administration in Novo Nordisk. In this journey you will, together with your colleagues, play an important part in ensuring that our processes and tools are in compliance with the requirements and providing our customers with a simple and easy setup in how to handle their training administration.
