Behind the title As OT Manager you will lead a team of 11 highly dedicated employees who are responsible for local site Automation Support and Operations within the production processes Assembly and Packaging. You will play a key part in developing your team and continuously improving performance as well as delivering excellent results. Your key responsibilities will: Lead the team by developing competencies, coaching, and training the employees to ensure the right composition of skills to address future needs Oversee and manage day-to-day operations and long-term planning of resources Ensure OT Support and OT Services are designed, developed, implemented and maintained so it fits production requirements. Drive cooperates with customers, colleagues from other IT/OT areas or vendors regarding all aspects of OT Operation services Secure quality and compliance of product and processes and drive your leadership with a cLEAN mindset.
Apart from that, you will also have the responsibility of coordinating and prioritizing resources and tasks in the team to achieve our ambition of a professional and proactive OT Support set-up as well as to deliver automation solutions on multiple projects. In addition, you will be part of a management team who works closely together to ensure we succeed as a department. Candidate profile

To succeed in this role, you: Preferably hold a degree in engineering, technology or something completely different. The most important thing is your interest and capabilities in leadership. Have experience with pharmaceutical production and/or OT Support processes. Ideally have experience from GMP regulated production and knowledge about IT/OT. Change willingness and fluent in Danish and English. As a person, you are social and positive of nature, have strong analytical skills with an interest in systematic problem solving. You are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. You are able to keep calm and make decisions in a busy work environment, where the agenda changes frequently. About the department You will join the IT & Automation area in DD&IT PS IFP in Hillerød. We are more than 75 employees in the unit, and you will be in a team with great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support the production and help each other, have a good time and to make a big difference. The team will also be responsible for running and participating in various IT/OT related projects, to ensure production stability, compliance and future demands.
