Therefore, we are looking for a Project Manager who will inspire others to deliver outstanding results and influence the future of our production. Could that be you? The position As Project Manager, you will lead the project team of highly skilled engineers and specialists responsible for the implementation of innovative packaging lines to success and bring Novo Nordisk at the forefront of technology and innovation. You will become the crucial link between workgroups, program managers, specialists and other key stakeholders. You will also be in charge of: Driving the project in cooperation with of Novo Nordisk’s global manufacturing sites. Managing a wide range of stakeholders both within Novo Nordisk and externally. Initiating, executing, and finalizing projects within our established project execution framework. Reporting and communicating at various organizational levels and forums as well as ensuring an engaged project team and satisfied stakeholders. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives. 10 to 20 days per year of international travels might be required. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or any other relevant field. Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Project Manager leading complex business projects within a large organization in an international environment. Have a previous experience in a regulated industry (such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, food for example). Have a big interest for engineering and manufacturing equipment, an thrive in a role where you are able to engage in both the technical part and the project execution and planning. Be fluent in both spoken and written English. It would be considered as a plus if you have experience in packaging or validation. As a person, you have a high degree of emotional intelligence: you can easily establish close collaboration with stakeholders, both internally and externally, create a highly engaged team, and have effective governance on the projects. You also have excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills, which will enable you to continuously set direction, keep an overview of progress and prioritize actions accordingly. About the Department Device Manufacturing Development is responsible for the industrialisation of all medical devices at Novo Nordisk. We are an end-to-end corporate organisation developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the products, improving, and implementing the production equipment at the production sites in different parts of the world. Finally, it is our ambition to drive change by discovering and putting in practice novel digital solutions to our processes. You will join Packaging, which is a large department within DMD, and be working alongside more than 30 colleagues.
