The Position
You will be part of our skilled support team working with all processes needed for aseptic production. This means, that you will get a unique chance to learn aseptic medicinal production from a holistic perspective. The team is primarily young employees from diverse backgrounds, who are motivated by learning new things, while also having fun together! We have an open position focusing on aseptic filling support. This means that you will be performing the following tasks:
• Daily, visible proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence.
• Ensure that the department follows current GMP and ISO9001.
• Ensure that batch documentation from fill and Cartridge Packer (CPA) follow the release flow and participate in validation and planning of relevant documents.
• Write and update Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s).
• Support Batch review and continuous optimization
Moreover, you will participate in continuous improvements in production, and manage systematic problem solving.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position you have:
• A relevant academic degree in natural science, engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of basic chemistry and process engineering
• Knowledge or experience with aseptic production and behaviour is considered a strong advantage
• You are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them
• Proficiency in Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
As a person you are open and honest. You are responsible and systematic, and you know how to maintain an overview. You are able to see the organization as a whole, and you are willing to support when needed. You possess good communication, and collaboration skills. You adapt to changes easily, and you see changes as new opportunities.
About the Department
Our team is part of the BRD Finished Products Kalundborg area that is part of our largest production complex in Novo Nordisk. We are approx. 520 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We rely on our stabile/well-run/best-in-class packaging department and our newly established high-tech and high-volume filling facility.
Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly, and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality GMP compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
