The Position As an Associate Manager for finance & procurement, you will have full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility fora full production site consisting of over 1200 employees, including FTEs, capacity costs, depreciation, and unit cost. You will have ownership of the site’s financial planning, including annual planning, budget revision, and support to local department stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and recommending corrective actions to ensure budget compliance
  • Responsibility for risk management processes across the site
  • Ensuring competitive sourcing & continuous improvement of our procurement processes
  • Following up on procurement KPIs and ensuring implementation of necessary actions to meet targets.
  • Supporting cross-sites projects and initiatives.
  • Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have:
  • Master’s degree within Business, Economics, Administration, Management, Finance or similar
  • In-depth experience with change management processes and communication in large and complex organizations
  • Experience with finance and budgeting, from manufacturing environments, preferably within the pharma industry
  • An understanding of the Quality Systems and basic knowledge of GMP is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Having continued supplementary training in relevant areas, e.g., change management, leadership, etc. will be a bonus. Solid analytical skills and practical experience in analyzing complex business issues are crucial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of empathy, coaching, and motivational skills, strong strategic and analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills towards all levels. They will also show a personal drive, the ability to set direction and create followership in an ambiguous context and build strong relations and work cross-functionally and internationally. About the Department In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Hillerød, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. The training team is a part of the Operational Excellence department in IFP Hillerød and are responsible for supporting the site with systems and initiatives, that move the organization forward or solve various problems.
