About the department
You will become a part of the Validation Support Filling team. We are located in Hillerød, and our department is responsible for providing support to our isolator filling lines. We are the newest factory at Novo Nordisk, equipped with state-of-the-art technology for filling products for patients worldwide. We collaborate broadly across all disciplines, cultures, and departments, from operators and craftsmen who operate the line to support the Launch Site. This means that you will be part of the process where crucial products for diabetes and obesity patients will be launched from Hillerød.
The position
Our team's tasks include validating and optimizing processes, equipment, and production.
Your job tasks will be a delightful mix of process and procedure optimization, validation activities – all in accordance with our quality assurance system and regulatory requirements.
You will play a role in ensuring that our PAS-X system supports our processes and equipment and is always prepared for regulatory inspections.
You will have ample opportunities to acquaint yourself with and enhance your skills in many exciting technologies, processes, and challenges, so you can expect both professional and personal development. In our department, we constantly work on optimizing equipment and methods, using cLEAN as our primary tool.
Qualifications
We expect you to have:
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree, e.g., in engineering, pharmacy, or similar.
• Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of what it means to work in a GMP-regulated environment and consider compliance a necessity.
• You speak and write English and are proficient in the Office suite.
As a person you have the desire and ability to quickly grasp new tasks and challenges. You approach problem-solving with a positive, systematic, and efficient attitude. You work in an organized and systematic manner, are self-driven, and thrive in a dynamic environment. It is important that you are skilled in communicating at all levels of the organisation, because you will collaborate with operators, managers, and specialists.
