Based at our Head Quarters in North Zealand (Hørsholm), you will form part of our global IT team, a global organisation of approximately 140 employees with three main hubs in Hørsholm, Madrid and Krakow and IT staff on our production sites and regional sales hubs in Germany, France, and North America. Today, ALK has most IT competences in-house and you will have qualified colleagues across the global.
The Position
In your role as our IT Student Worker for R&D and Global Quality applications, you will:
Your qualifications
We imagine that you are currently about to finish your Bachelor’s degree or have recently started your Master’s studies, with a focus on computer science engineering and you speak and write English effortlessly.
As a person you are systematic and thorough, your accuracy and attention to detail is on point and you are strong in both written and spoken English. Finally, you would describe yourself as a great team player, but you also know how to execute on your own.
Work hours: approx. 15 hours/week. It is easy to reach ALK's headquarters with bus 15E (from Nørreport, central Copenhagen).

In your role as our IT Student Worker for R&D and Global Quality applications, you will:
- Learn to write and manage GxP Compliance and documentations
- Provide system operation and support, for example users administration
- Support system validations
- Support GxP documentation
- Support on HPQC, Veeva and Quality documents application, to ensure a high level of user satisfaction and stability
