The position
As Associate Manager production, you will get the responsibility for approximately 12 dedicated operators. The team is responsible for the batch documentations and work permissions for the entire production chain and our last purification step of FVII API.
Your role will be to set the direction and ensure a high professional structure and standard in close collaboration with the team. The focus is to ensure robust procedures by eliminating potential deviations with great solutions in close collaboration with the other teams in the department.
As Associate Manager, you are visible and present to your employees, and you work closely with your team to raise the professional level and ensure a high level of commitment through sparring, coaching and process confirmation. Together, you create a culture that supports continuous improvement, collaboration across, creativity and independent employees.

Qualifications
We imagine you have experience within GMP production, and you are passionate about leadership. It is an advantage if you also have knowledge about supporting a production department.

You have a natural interest in production and are driven by optimizing processes, which is why the LEAN mindset is a natural part of your leadership. You are trustworthy and clear in your communication, and able to realize your decisions. Finally, you need to thrive in an environment where ongoing change and priorities are part of our business development. You also have experience in creating high team commitment and collaborating environments - both internally in your team and across the organization. You have an eye for both the details and the big picture, and you are able to work with both short-term problem solutions and long-term organizational development.
About the department
BRD API DK is organizationally placed in Product Supply, which globally address 14,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 43,000 employees. In BRD API DK we are more than 600 dedicated employees in different locations in Zealand and the area is still growing.
The department FVII API in Kalundborg will by the end of the year consist of 160 employees, divided into two sub-departments. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to continuously deliver our product to patients with haemofilia. Together we will succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems and processes etc.
