The position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to join us from the start, since we are constructing a new manufacturing facility, and then make the most of your talent. You will join our team, who is working both in Copenhagen and Kalundborg.
The project you will be working on is of high strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and will have high visibility and support from Senior Management. The position requires a high level of stakeholder management at all organizational levels within the company.
Together with engineering partners and suppliers you implement IT and OT solutions for a range of purposes, from ERP, MES and PCS systems to Process analytical technology (PAT) and IT-infrastructure. You supervise construction and commissioning of Infrastructure, IT and OT systems. You manage scope, plan, costs and project risks and secure excellent end user experience.
In this role, you will provide leadership, directions, guidance, and coaching to the project team as a whole. Your job would include navigating between traditional waterfall project methods and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as you will work closely together with the different agile delivery teams across the organization and our external partners.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Scrum Master or Product Owner
- A MSc or similar graduate degree in other relevant field like Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration
- Experience with IT and /OR automation implementations and IT infrastructure preferred in production areas
- Professional experience from a large global company and you are used to working with different cultures
- Experience with complex vendor setup management
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in Danish and/or English
