The Position Your responsibility will be divided into two main areas: LMES release management and System Management for daily operation: Your task within LMES release management:
  • Participate in strategic meeting with Line of Business about lifecycle for Manufacture Execution Systems
  • Plan and coordinate releases for our Local MES together with vendor and end-users
  • Support to strategic project with engineering advice to IT solutions or IT architecture
    • Your task within System Management for daily operation:
  • Ensure effective daily operations and continuous compliance with authority expectations, IT-security requirements, GAMP5, GMP etc.
  • Contributing to incident management and systematic problem solving in an ITIL-framework
  • Executing quality activities such as risk assessments, writing and Approving change requests, test protocols and instructions
  • Present the IT-systems during audits and inspections
    • As part of our daily operation, we always strive for improvements by using LEAN tools. We also offer advice and consultancy to the IT- and Automation supporters and coordinate activities with different stakeholders such as maintenance. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have:
  • An academic degree within IT Engineering or similar education, or the experience from a similar position.
  • Great interest in working with- and develop skills in automation systems (MES, DCS, PLC)
  • Knowledge or experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library – Service Now (ITIL) would be considered a strong advantage.
  • Great understanding of how to convey complex information to varying audiences and thereby ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
  • Strong communications skills in English, both spoken and written, Danish is an advantage.

Moreover, you possess the professional skills and depth, and know how to transform them into long-term plans and strategies. About the Department From day one you receive an onboarding programme for introduction to API production in Kalundborg and afterwards we will ensure a complete introduction to your new department and a plan for training into your new position. You will join the IT Team in the Business Support department, Purification Plant (PP) in Kalundborg, Denmark. We are approximately 75 colleagues in Business Support and support the plant with Environment, training and document handling, Supply chain, Finance, Project office and IT. The IT team consist of 14 employees who run and maintain the production IT systems. The production IT systems consist of a PCS system (SattLine), BMS system and a MES/MOM system (LMES – Local Manufacturing Execution System) as well as several PLC systems. We also maintain our IT platform for our automation systems. The team is organised by subjects: System management, IT support, PLC support and. We cooperate closely with the automation support team, which performs the daily support and maintenance tasks related to the IT systems.
