The PositionAs an Associate Manager you will be responsible for managing the team resources and competences that are supporting business goals, challenges and strategies. The main tasks will be to:
  • Coach, develop and motivate employees by following up on team goals and behaviour targets for direct references

  • Ensure follow up on internal audit observations and external inspections

  • Ensure that the equipment is qualified, calibrated and controlled

  • Provide in due time, in the correct quality level and produced with economic awareness the service to our customers

  • Ensure the work is compliant with cGMP rules.

  • To meet future demands for specially reduced lead time, flow and stability it is important that you will be able to independently initiate and drive organizational change to achieve team and department goals and a cLEAN culture. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Academical background in engineering, pharmacy, sciences or similar

  • 2 years leadership experience

  • 4 years of experience in pharma industry

  • Experience within LEAN

  • Good communication skills in Danish and English.

About the Department Quality Control is the part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD), where we are responsible for supporting the production with chemical and microbiological analyses. In this way, we ensure that our life-saving medicine for people with serious chronic diseases always has the right, high quality. We are more than 350 colleagues located in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg. We drive improvements and innovation by, for example, working with Industry 4.0 to make the process faster and more seamless for the benefit of patients. You will be part of the BRDQC management team located in Kalundborg and be responsible for a HPLC team which consist of 18 specialized academics and laboratory technicians.
