The position
As a Lead IT Operation Manager, you will be responsible for setting the direction for IT infrastructure and security across all Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) API areas (Gentofte, Hillerød, Kalundborg). Responsible for setting the overall direction for IT infrastructure & security systems for DDIT BRD API, Set and maintain guidelines for future Infrastructure and security implementations, Overview of BRD API Infrastructure & security installation, Ensure implementation standards are well anchored and complied with across API area, Sparring partner towards mgmt. and local infrastructure responsible, Safeguarding IT/OT architecture in close cooperation with our IT/OT Architects Securing alignment and sparring with peer areas such as DDIT BRD FP/AP and QC – and other DDIT production areas such as DDIT IFP. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you ideally have: 10+ years of experience from similar role in large manufacturing company or consultancy, Education in relevant field, Technical knowledge: CISSP, IT architecture, data center environment, Great understanding and experience in network design, server room designs and IT security related aspects, Understanding of components/solutions from major vendors as Cisco, Dell, Palo Alto, Experience with monitoring tools such as: Algosec, SolarWinds, QlikSense and SquaredUP will be an advantage, Fluent written and spoken English.

About the department You will be part of the management team next to managers for local IT&OT support teams, Project team, IT Compliance team, and other Technical Leads such as yourself. Department is placed in Digital, data & IT (DDIT) organization operating in Gentofte, Hillerød and Kalundborg to support Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) API production departments. Both BRD & DDIT are part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and in quality production of pharmaceutical products. We are producing at full speed in existing facilities, while building and ramping up new state of the art additions to keep up with demand and new Novo Nordisk products. We bring value to patients by delivering the high-quality IT & automation solutions in compliance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP). We drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes, and in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
