The position As our new Manager you will be part of Manufacturing I in Kalundborg (M1 KA), which is an API facility with approx. 700 employees working day and night to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1 and obesity products for patients around the world. You will be positioned in M1 Business Support and head our Finance, Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse and Release team where 18 dedicated professionals handle site production planning and release flow, financial budgeting and controlling, and procurement, logistics warehouse and freezers in the facility. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following key deliveries: Keeping track of all batches and coordination of actions to ensure timely release. Ensuring that short- and long-term production plans and raw material forecasts for the site are updated. Driving all finance and procurement processes across the site. Ensuring short and long term raw material forecast and warehouse management Supporting progress in rebuilding and qualification of freezers across the site. As our Manager, daily team leadership will be a large part of your responsibility. You will be setting the direction for the team – making sure goals are both ambitious and realistic – as well as driving performance, personal development, and high levels of engagement. In addition, you will be a part of the leadership team in M1 Business Support. Qualifications To succeed in the position: You may hold a master’s degree within Supply & Logistics, Planning or Financial Management, or you have a background matching the outlined responsibility areas based on experience. You are an experienced leader with strong analytical skills and demonstrate good leadership. Professional proficiency in oral and written English is a prerequisite, Danish is an advantage. As a person, you are proactive and a fast learner. As a leader, you are inclusive and can motivate and develop your team in a challenging environment. You form trustful relations with ease and enjoy employing your excellent communication skills to unfold complex issues to colleagues and partners. About the department The team is a part of M1 Business Support Department, which also is responsible for Production scheduling, Training, Environmental monitoring, Quality & Archive and other support related functions with a total of 50 employees. The Finance, Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse and Release team consists of 18 dedicated professionals handling site production planning and release flow, financial budgeting, controlling, procurement, logistics & warehouse and freezers in the facility.
