Do you have a passion for coordination and chemistry and a desire to make a difference in the world of diabetes and obesity treatment? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our professional position in Manufacturing Development in Injectable Finished Products (AMSAT) at Novo Nordisk.
The Position
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the company, working on exciting projects and collaborating with different departments across Novo Nordisk. You will join a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) who support the full production value chain with product specific knowledge, requirements and troubleshooting.
Your tasks will vary depending on your level of experience and interests, but initially they may include: Management and handling of License to Operate (LTO) tasks. Giving input to transportation and temperature cases. Supporting and building upon our knowledge base on leachable substances and small organic compounds.
This position is a fit for you if you are excited about being a SME as well as a Project manager. You will be able to explore both roles, while also being in a quality and GMP driven environment helping to ensure the health and safety of our patients.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you: Have experience or an interest in organic or medicinal chemistry is preferred (a Ph.D. or prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry is not required but is an advantage). Hold a Master’s degree in chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, or a related field. Are expected to be fluent, written and spoken, in English and comfortable in Danish.
On a personal level, you are curious, outgoing, and have a positive attitude. We value strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Having a holistic, structured and innovative mindset will be key.

You will be joining the Product Lifecycle Support team in the Product and Data Support department, AMSAT. Our department is focused on supporting all marketed diabetes and obesity products.
