If so, then you might be our new Associate Managers, as we are hiring 2 managers - 1 for our Single Dose Device area, and 1 for the Oral Pack area. Join us and get onboard within the Kalundborg production site! The position As our new Associate Manager, you will be heading up a team of Technicians. You will have a key role in your team, and your primary responsibility will be to develop a highly engaged Technician team, to achieve break through targets. Furthermore, also ensure that you continuously sustain and develop wellbeing within the team and department. You will be responsible for delivering a stable process according to schedule, while having an eye for optimizing the workflow and processes. Your responsibilities will include: · Hire and manage personnel for the production area · Ensure compliance within production and quality procedures · Coordinate training plan execution and workflow in the area · Ensure reliability and availability of production data · Support and own maintenance journey, where we work across FPM sites to ensure best practice within maintenance and engineering · Improve performance continuously together with the team As an Associate Manager, you will negotiate cross-departmental demands, implement agreed actions, and coordinate internal and external audits. You will provide technical and behavioral feedback to the technicians, oversee safety and EHS issues in the production area, participate in environmental protection initiatives and projects, and coach the team for people development and growth mindset. You will also ensure collaboration with relevant stakeholders and the best utilization of the resources and may be assigned other tasks by the production manager according to business needs. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: · A relevant educational background within Natural Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fields · Experience working in the quality area in the pharmaceutical industry and have profound knowledge of GMP and Quality Management Systems · A broad and well-proven leadership toolbox and experience building teams · Lean experience is a prerequisite · Can communicate verbal and writing in Danish and English · On a personal level, you demonstrate inclusive leadership by valuing and actively listening to diverse perspectives, while keeping a strategic overview to ensure collaboration across business functions. Additionally, you can prioritize the wellbeing and development of your team, while optimizing and preparing our processes for the future. Good communication and facilitation skills are essential for this role. As an Associate Manager, you will also serve as a role model for our behavioral goals, creating a culture that supports our common purpose of driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases. About the department We are responsible for the implementation and operation of Maintenance and Repair of our assembly and packaging equipment. We continuously improve and update our processes.
