You will be part of a team of HR Business Partners that support several functions in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM): Manufacturing Science & Technology, Engineering, Business Development & Support organizations. You will have one or two business areas as your main area of responsibility where you will partner with the business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives supporting the business and P&O strategy. You will have a key role in collaborating with P&O Center of excellence to drive HR priorities forward. Your main responsibility will be to engage with the line of business leaders as a strategic partner by understanding the business needs and translating the business strategy and priorities into relevant and impactful HR initiatives related to: driving sustainable growth and organizational development

You will report to the Senior Manager of AM P&O Global Functions and work closely with a team of 5 HR Business Partners that are part of a bigger P&O network in AM comprising of about 150 colleagues across 5 countries. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs. Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you: Hold a relevant advanced degree education. Have at least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience within a large, international, and culturally diverse environment. Have an elevated level of interpersonal skills to be able to provide input to and advise leaders at all organizational levels Have a well-developed situational awareness enabling you to handle sensitive information and conversations Possess good diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Can think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions Are fluent in verbal and written English As a person, you are collaborative and a great colleague that can build strong relations with your stakeholders, dare to challenge perspectives and can do it in a respectful manner, contribute constructively to find solutions.
