The position The role of the Global Director for Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) entails the crucial responsibility of developing and influencing strategies, plans, and tactics within the HEOR domain. Other responsibilities will include: Leading the development of HE models, economic evaluation, budget impact studies, quality-of-life studies, and indirect treatment comparisons (ITC)
Collaboration with multiple stakeholders such as, Research & Development, Medical, biostats, Commercial and more.
Working closely with the Market Access and Pricing team to align on priorities and strategies.
Developing materials and collaborating to support regions and countries by creating the Global Reimbursement Dossier and ensuring that affiliates have access to HEOR data and resources.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, the ideal person will bring the following as minimum requirement: Master’s degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research or similar.
Experience of at least 5 years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
A good understanding of Indirect Therapeutic Comparison (ITC) methods and analysis.
Proven experience in building and managing complex matrices in a professional setting.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
