Has responsibility for the overall operation of facility services in a
small- to medium-size location.

An interesting role where you as a full-time Facility Supervisor, will delivers
assistance to the overall operation of the facility services.

EXAMPLES OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Delivers facility support services in one or more of the following tasks: Assisting with procurement and contract management
Building and grounds maintenance
Housekeeping Services Catering and vending support Health and safety assistance
Security contact point
Utilities and communications infrastructure support Space management support

Onsite responsible for reception, floor host and switchboard functions ensuring solutions and processes are operating as planned.
To ensure that standard operation procedures are followed.
To act as a business enabler.
To provide world class customer service and workplace experience.
To provide office administration and other support services.
To ensure that proper safety and security precautions are taken.

Key Responsibilities

1) Co-responsible Reception all sites.
2) Co-responsible Floor Hosts all sites.
3) Co-responsible Switchboard all sites.
4) Provide office administration and other support services.
5) Daily Operation responsible.
6) Daily reporting/monitoring/follow-up
7) Vendor performance monitoring
8) Drafting SLA’s and Reception SOP´s.
9) GDPR
10) Greeting visitors. Acts as focal point for visitors upon arrival (welcome, visitor registration, referral, etc)
11) Providing support to our employees. Delivers day-to-day entry level administrative assistance and support to business operations. Tasks lie within specific support or administrative processes, office operations and clerical responsibilities.
12) Switchboard operator, handles and refers incoming telephone calls.
13) Handles incoming electronic mail.
14) Booking assistance and work order processing and dispatching.
15) Making office supplies arrangements.
16) Health and safety assistance.
17) Security and fire safety focal point.
18) Assisting during emergencies and evacuation.
19) Space management support.
20) Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
21) Coordination of the flexible desking process.
22) Coordination of teams/block and stack in the designated areas for hot desking.
23) Review and perform reports based on occupancy data.
24) Coordination with different stakeholders.
25) Tidiness and functionality of workspaces, printers, and copy rooms.
26) Arrange couriers/taxis.
27) Observe flags rules and regulations, prepare signs etc.
28) Ad hoc tasks.
29) Other support tasks.
30) Maintains security, telecommunications, mail and folder system and data integrity and accuracy.
31) Administer Switchboard.
32) Administer Works schedule.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience from the service industry or similar positions.
• Good leadership skills
• Good experience using Microsoft Office
• Presentable and quality conscious, and passionate about providing good service in all situations.
• Read, write, and speak Danish and English bilingual.
• Professional, quality, conscious and impact-oriented, with attention to detail, and can handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain a solid overview, be flexible and work independently.
• Basic first aid and firefighting training.
• Safety and security awareness.
Must be able to work under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines and goal.
• Good Project Management skills.
