You will be part of a fast-paced and fun Transformation Office that is poised to orchestrate and integrate the transformation to accelerate our strategy. We are a team of dedicated individuals spanning across 20+ nationalities that are passionate about driving our technology-enabled and customer-centric transformation across process, product, data and platforms.
This will be an opportunity to join at a critical point heading up the Business Change Management activities across the Ocean & Logistics business. Specific focus is on lifting the transformation narratives, bringing change management expertise to transformation programmes, strategic organizational projects, and M&A integrations as well as facilitating new ways of working and embedding culturable behaviors. In addition, you will own and implement a consistent change framework, toolbox, and training concepts.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer and being part of the Leadership Team, you will lead a diverse, talented and caring team of business change management professionals. The position is based in our Headquarter Campus in Denmark with stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring a business change management capability (Centre of Excellence) that drives transformation results and value and can be scaled across the enterprise.
  • Owning and delivering against a comprehensive transformation communication plan; partnering with leaders and Corporate Communications; developing narratives and delivering communications through multiple channels; ensuring messages are being delivered to the right audience at the right time in the right channel, in a consistent and engaging format.
  • Enabling understanding and commitment of our transformation, adoption of new ways of working and cultural change including partnering with leaders to ensure an understanding of the current culture and jointly develop readiness assessments and change adoption plans that enable the successful transition to desired future state.
  • Ensuring targeted change management plans and overseeing team execution for the transformation programmes, strategic organisational projects and post-merger integrations through communication, change tactics, engagement, and training.
  • Sparring with executives and leaders to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor and providing direct support and coaching to managers as they guide their teams through transitions.
  • Maintaining and applying a consistent business change management framework incl. approach, toolbox & enablement to improve business change management capabilities in the organization and ensuring focus is on execution and impact for the people-side change.
  • Taking a data-driven change approach to measure the outcomes of activities to ensure they are aligned and are delivering value to the intended initiative outcomes.
  • Nurturing a culture where team members are engaged, feel included, valued and supported to perform their full potential.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of delivering business change results related to organisational transformations, or complex technology implementations and/or Post-Merger Integration in a dynamic environment in a large, global organization.
  • Experience from different business functions is preferred.
  • Strategic planning experience translating leadership vision into executable strategies and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Experience developing and implementing narratives and enterprise-wide communication plans collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience building partnerships, consulting, influencing, and collaborating with executives, leadership, HR partners, communication and peers to gain commitment and accomplish business outcomes.
  • Experience managing teams.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to execute and make timely and independent judgment decisions while balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to understand and analyse complex data, and the ability to translate information to socialise change impact with change tactics required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage team(s) with and without authority.
