You will join our Portfolio & Change Management department

As our new Student Assistant you will be part of a Group function within Operational Excellence where our ambition is to implement holistic operational processes, systems and governance in Ramboll that enable efficient global collaboration toward client goals. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting engagement processes with key decision-makers, often by developing professional-looking meeting presentations, conducting data analysis and helping in the preparation of project meetings and workshops
  • Developing and conducting surveys and tracking follow up actions
  • Support functional reporting to key stakeholders
  • Assisting in communication efforts through knowledge sharing tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Yammer
  • Conducting ad hoc administrative tasks both day-to-day and for specific events

Your starting point for constant growth

  • Knowing your way around both Excel and PowerPoint and possessing a flair for making your work simultaneously detailed and presentable. Experience with PowerBI is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Danish skills are a plus
  • International or practical experiences such as volunteer work, prior student jobs, or exchange programs are significant boosts to your profile
  • A study programme within the fields of either Business Administration, Communications, Information, Languages, or the Social Sciences
  • An ability to work 15-20 hours a week on average

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: being systematic and proactive in executing your tasks, being a strong team player who can collaborate well across both organisational and cultural borders. From day one, you will have the chance to take responsibility of your own tasks and contribute to the objectives of the Operational Excellence and Health & Safety function in Ramboll’s Corporate organisation.
