Training & Development is looking for a Training Professional with can-do attitude to develop and ensure that Novo Nordisk Pharmatech delivers the best training solutions in all organizational levels. The position You will work independently in your role, analysing learning needs, be advisor to line of business, and implement new relevant technologies for training. You have strong communicative skills, experience working with digitalization, thrive in a supporting role, and dare to try new ways of working with training solutions. You will be part of the Training & Development team in department P&O, where you will be able to draw on the experiences in the team. Your daily work will include being close to the organization which means ex. go-look-see. One point of entry as Training Advisor for Sales & Marketing and Research & Development Work with our line of business trainers to ensure delivery of great training Explore and implement new relevant technologies Teach and broad out relevant competences regarding; training / learning / the use of new technology / change management e.g. Build strong working relationships with our key internal stakeholders Facilitate training needs analyses and support the areas creating the best training solution In this position you will develop and influence the mindset and behaviour regarding training and development in the organisation. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with line of business to support our growing organisation ensuring on-boarding, compliance mindset and maintenance of competences. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position Have experience working with training in a regulated environment, matching the requirements with effective training solutions Are motivated by being creative and search for the best learning and training solutions matching the process Have a passion for getting things moving and adding value to the business Have an educational background as e.g. Bachelor or Master in Learning, Psychology, Behavioural design, or other relevant fields (or equivalent experience) Project management experience
