About the position
We are expanding our team and need someone who can take responsibility for ensuring that our production is closely connected to our production IT system. You do not have to be a programmer, but if you have knowledge of a pharmaceutical production IT system (e.g. SAP, PAS-X, LMES or similar) and understand how they are used, then you are particularly interesting to us.
You will be responsible for solving specific problems in production and investigating the cause and find a solution here and now. If necessary, implement your own solution and thus prevent future problems. There will be minor updates and adjustments. Larger tasks are done in close collaboration with the IT department
As a GMBR designer, you have PAS-X as your main responsibility. You will help ensure that we produce within the framework for which we are approved and ensure that PAS-X is used correctly.

You will be part of a new team consisting of 8 employees with different backgrounds in production. You will work closely with both our current supporters and with other employees in the production.

In OFP, we are steadily growing and at present we are more than 200 committed colleagues in the department. We have succeeded together and strive to be at the forefront of developments in technology, systems and processes.
In the production facility where we (BULK production) belong, we are responsible for weighing, mixing, granulation and tableting of our powder / tablets - as well as associated washing areas. We are more than 200 employees in the department who work closely with good colleagues in Manufacturing Development, Technical Support, QC and QA.
We like to share our knowledge and are always ready with a helping hand when things are busy. We have a good working environment, where we focus on the task in an atmosphere with room for laughter and fun.
Introduction to Oral Finished Products
In 2004, Novo Nordisk initiated the ambitious plan to be first on the market with a GLP-1 based alternative for type II diabetes patients worldwide. In 2019, we received the first approval to launch our GLP-1-based tablet on the market, and we are already represented in the US, EU and other parts of the world. Every day we do our best to optimize and develop our production to help even more patients worldwide.

- Support our GMP production with special focus on the production IT system PAS-X and SAP
- Make PAS-X design when changes are needed.
- Participate in projects related to our PAS-X where the purpose is the paperless production environment.
- Understand the interaction between SAP and PAS-X so that the right solutions are chosen.
You will be part of a new team consisting of 8 employees with different backgrounds in production. You will work closely with both our current supporters and with other employees in the production.
Qualifications
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge of GMP production.
- A relevant higher education in science, communication or IT.
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge of PAS-X, SAP or other IT background.
- You have a strong quality mindset and are service-minded.
- You are a fast learner with strong analytical skills, which helps you attain oversight of complex processes and issues, and to then systematically resolve them.
- It is essential that you have good communication skills and can communicate effectively across the organisation.
- You can be experienced or newly graduated, as long as you are ready for a steep learning curve where you quickly take responsibility for tasks.
- Spoken and written Danish and English fluency is a must.
