The position
As Training Partner, your main responsibility is to support line of business in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training and competence development set-ups. You do so by either acting as Project Manager, driving development projects, or as a consultant for the line of business, where you drive implementation of best practice standards in close collaboration with the local training organization.
As a project manager, you are responsible for driving strategic projects related to training. You will take part in defining training components in the strategy development process and execute on identified improvement areas. You tackle specific business challenges by designing and developing high impact training solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Drive implementation of best practice within training standards, technologies, and solutions.
• Facilitate training design workshops and project sprints.
• Analyze and identify ways training can help us reach our strategic goals.
• Communicate and engage on all levels in the organization with your key stakeholders: specialists, team leaders, and department managers.

Qualifications
You will be a great Training Partner because you have:
• A solid project management toolbox and a proven track record of driving projects within training.
• A proven track record of driving change management projects and engaging stakeholders, as well as experience in training others and in facilitation of workshops.
• Solid experience in developing and implementing competence development programs – preferable within regulated production settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge about learning and training principles.
• A relevant academic degree and full proficiency in English. Also, you are self-driven and passionate about making a meaningful impact, data-driven in your approach to problem-solving and structured about task management. About the department
Emerging Technologies (ET) is organizationally placed in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally address 26,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees. In ET we are more than 1900 dedicated employees in Måløv and Durham and the area is still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new oral medication for people with type 2 diabetes on the market. Together we succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems, and processes etc.
You will join the ET Training team. Our team is part of the “Strategy & Operational Excellence” department based in Måløv. The team drives and supports strategic projects together within line of business and acts as strategic sparring partners to managers on topics around training.
In ET we make a huge effort for you as a new employee to be off to a good start. During the first few days you will spend some time with other new employees, where you will go through an exciting onboarding program. We are fully invested in giving you a great start, and we are looking forward to meeting you.
