Are you studying for your Master’s degree and seeking to gain a valuable experience with Visual Communication and Organizational Change Management (OCM) in projects in Novo Nordisk? The position We are looking for an Intern who is passionate about Visual Communication and who can translate and transform project plans, deadlines, and practical information into desirable and inviting communication and messages. Some of your main tasks will include: Supporting the IT & Automation PMO in visual communication Branding activities and organizing meetings Structuring workshop outcome across the project portfolio Working with assets for our communications plan such as PowerPoint presentations, video scripting and editing, SharePoint updates and facilitation of virtual and hybrid events Supporting the PMO OCM Change Lead and taking part in our OCM community, where we drive change management activities Practicalities: Internship Period: 6-12 months Working hours: Full-time (37 hours a week) Start date: 1 February 2024 Internships are remunerated if your education track allows A Danish full-time work permit is required Qualifications You are currently studying your Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication, Visual Communication & Design, Journalism or another relevant field. To succeed in this role, you need to have: A high-quality and service minded mindset A can-do attitude Excellent communication skills; written and oral Ability to manage several tasks in parallel with supervision and great interpersonal skills Fluency in both oral and written English Experience in design of PowerPoint presentations and writing clear and targeted texts is preferred, while experience with video production or webpage maintenance would also be an advantage. As an individual you are passionate about Communications as a discipline and believe that even the most technical thing can be communicated simply and clearly. Additionally, you thrive in a busy environment, you make an extra effort, and you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work. Finally, you are confident in helping our specialists and leaders convey their messages in a creative way, and you are curious and ambitious about your learning. Only candidates who are enrolled at a Master programme and actively studying will be considered for the internship. About the department Novo Nordisk is currently building up manufacturing capacity as the demand for our products grows. As part of this journey the newly established and business critical organisation, Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx), focuses on building several new Production Facilities worldwide. You will join our IT & Automation PMO in the global FFEx program, where you will help develop creative, engaging & visually convincing communication assets for our global stakeholders across sites and geographies. We are responsible for preparing the organization for new IT & Automation solutions by conducting a range of change management activities and by providing clear, bundled and targeted communication about IT & Automation - making sure that all stakeholders feel well informed to the exact level they need.
