Your primary responsibility as the Environmental Partner will be to lead the Environment agenda for Emerging Technologies (ET). This involves working locally with Environmental representatives and strategically with other Environment Partners and managers. Additionally, you'll also take on the vital role of advising the Senior Vice President of ET on all things environmental. Let's make a green impact together! Your focus will be on aligning our network of manufacturing sites with Novo Nordisk's environmental objectives and Circular for Zero, our environmental strategy. Additionally, your contributions will enhance the effectiveness of our organization's Environmental Management System.
Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities include:
• Establishing the strategic course and ensuring the realization of 2030 objectives
• Cooperating with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment across ET
• Managing environmental requirements and reporting, including waste, energy, and water
• Identifying and recommending environmental improvements
• Driving and leading change towards the overall Novo Nordisk’s environmental vision

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who bring these qualifications:
• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset for successful strategy leadership
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills to support and motivate different parties
• Fluency in English – spoken and written Furthermore, having substantial experience in a comparable role is beneficial, along with proficiency in both written and spoken Danish. Prior experience in management consultancy is advantageous but not mandatory.
As a person, you manage time effectively and approach work with a structured mindset, even in busy periods. Adapting to change comes naturally to you, given the dynamic work environment. You handle most tasks independently but seek guidance for complex issues. In this role, strong communication skills are vital for collaborating with diverse personalities. Your strength lies in recognizing best practices and spearheading improvements, whether autonomously or with guidance from superiors. About the department
In ET we are approximately 1,800 dedicated employees based primarily in Måløv (DK) but also in Boston (US) and Durham (US) - and our sites are still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new tablet product on the market. Together we will succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems, and processes etc. As our SVP Environment Partner, you will be part of the dynamic and evolving ET Business Development & Support (ET BDS) team based in Måløv. The ET BDS team works across all the 7 (C)VP areas of ET and acts as Executive Office to the Senior Vice President of ET. We value professionalism and ownership and have an open and informal culture.
