Are you experienced in translating strategy and projects into concrete and engaging communication? Do you have a strong business understanding and a proven track record of creating results through clear and impactful communication? If yes, then you are the person we are looking for as the new CVP Communication Partner in Manufacturing Technologies & Quality Control (MDev&QC) in Emerging Technologies. The position
As our new Communication Partner, you will drive and support the communication of our strategy in MDev&QC, creating sensemaking about our strategic targets and projects. The job offers frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organization, allowing you to build a strong network, while further strengthening your communication and project management skills. Main responsibilities will include:
• Driving communication planning in relation to strategic projects, events, and change
• Advising colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities
• Developing and producing content for our communication channels
• Participating in the development and implementation of cross-organisational communication projects In this role, you will be creating content and ensuring communication from shopfloor to senior management, engaging with both small stories and strategic ones. The role is currently based in Måløv, but as of 1st September 2024 the offices will be moved to Taastrup. Qualifications
The ideal colleague is a strategic thinker with a keen interest in understanding the business, someone who has an independent and result-oriented way of working and approach tasks with structure, energy, and a positive attitude. To be successful in this role, you:
• Hold an academic degree within a relevant subject matter
• Are experienced in driving strategic communication projects and delivering high quality communication solutions
• Have solid networking and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation
• Speak and write English and Danish fluently On a personal level, you are a strong team player with a creative mind, who enjoys delivering on communication tasks with tight deadlines as much as being responsible for larger strategic communication initiatives. You think and act as a trusted and pro-active sparring partner by providing competent input to senior leaders and project managers to ensure the best communication solutions. About the department
You will be joining the VP area Manufacturing Development & Quality Control (ET DP MDev & QC), which has process and product responsibility for existing and future oral drug products post-approval, as well as performing all analyses on products after method transfer. We work across the Emerging Technology (ET) organization to improve productivity of ET production and analytical processes. The area currently consists of 6 departments with a broad scope ranging from Tech & Innovation departments to Quality Control and Product Life Cycle Management. Working at Novo Nordisk
