Quality System Manager, Global Quality

You will be based at Interacoustics’ headquarters in Middelfart which is a part of the Demant Group. Here you will get a career that truly matters and a chance to contribute to the life quality of people worldwide.

Interacoustics and the other international companies of diagnostic solutions (Amplivox, Maico, GSI, MedRx, Audioscan) can together be defined as Diagnostics. This group of international companies develops, manufactures and markets a wide variety of technological, revolutionary new diagnostic systems.

Welcome to Global Quality

You will be reporting to the Vice President of Global Quality. Furthermore, you will have colleagues in Middelfart, Poland, and in the other brands in Diagnostics.

Being part of Global Quality, you will be guiding our quality managers around the world in each brand, but you will not have direct line management.

You can look forward to working with:

• ISO 14001 Implementation at Interacoustics in Middelfart
• Quality Management System and audit program
• Improving our Quality Performance System (collection, validation, and reporting)

An important task for 2021 is to increase the collection of data across the brands in order to increase quality performance and be responsible for any changes at our production site in Mierzyn, Poland. At Interacoustics, we have an ambition to reduce our environmental impact. You will therefore also be responsible for the implementation of ISO 14001. Experience in this area is not a necessity.

We are no better than the people we have

To succeed in this position, you will support the business by combining your business acumen, and your experience with developing and implementing global cross-functional management systems, and ideally your knowledge within medical devices. Moreover, you are good at engaging and communicating to your stakeholders in our production site in Poland, R&D, Procurement and our brands.

Ideally, you have a mechanical or electrical background and have worked in the field of quality for at least 5 years.

Furthermore, we expect you to have the following skills:

• Quality and Process Management
• Auditor experience
• Statistical understanding
• Experience within Corrective Actions Preventive Action (CAPA)
• Experience working together with different cultures (Poland, US, Asia)
• Great communication skills in English – in speech and writing

You will be based at Interacoustics in Middelfart, Denmark, and can expect 30+ travel days a year.
