A large part of the role is to support COWI’s continuous journey in finance excellence and establish Best Practices in project controlling and project business partnering. Therefore, the list below is a part of the possible tasks, but your drive, skills and curiosity will be a defining factor in your work.
We are looking for an additional student assistant to support Project- and Business controllers joining our current student assistants.
On a day-to-day basis, you could be responsible for:

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have great analytical skills and a good commercial and financial understanding. You are currently studying a degree programme in Economics, Accountancy or similar.

The current students work 15 hours a week and we are flexible around exams periods regarding how much you work and where.

- Assisting in handling invoices, actual invoicing, and project audits
- Assisting COWI Finance in project- and financial overviews
- Assisting with inputs to the monthly- and quarterly reporting
- Controlling tasks and other ad hoc tasks

- Good communication skills in Danish and English (both verbal and written)
- Proactive attitude
- Confident with assigned responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Excel
