Are you a dedicated student in your second, third, or fourth semester, driven by a passion for ensuring patient safety in the medicinal industry? The Position By joining the Regulatory, Safety & Customer Service (RSCS) team in the Danish affiliate you will get a unique opportunity to dive into the Novo Nordisk portfolio, and handle all kinds of safety events, customer complaints and enquiries from initial to final contact. Your main tasks will include: Handling physical complaints Perform data entry of complaints Sending investigation results to customers Paper archiving Perform product requests The position will be approximately 8-16 hours per week during normal working hours, with possibility for more in peak periods.
Qualifications To become a student assistant in RSCS you must: Study at university (Preferably, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences) or another health professional education. Have excellent language skills in English and fluent in Danish. Pay attention to details and keen on delivering high quality. Respect compliance with rules and regulations. Have good communication skills to both public and health care professionals. Have strong interest in patient safety and product quality. Be dedicated and able to prioritize this job. About the Department Novo Nordisk Danish affiliate based in Ørestaden, Copenhagen is now looking for an engaged student to support mainly the Safety department. You will be part of our local affiliate RSCS team working with 8 other dedicated employees in a dynamic team, including 3 students. The safety team’s main responsibility is to maintain the Danish (including Icelandic) complaint and safety systems to meet legal requirements.
