x Would you like to help start a newly built Recovery line in Novo Nordisk, Kalundborg? Can you lead, set direction, and motivate your team? M2 Recovery is looking for a production team leader who, through daily operations and an optimization mindset, can move the factory from the construction site to continuous production, to be able to meet the patients' future needs. Join us, and apply today! The position In this exciting position, as an Associate Manager, you will be part of the management team for M2 Recovery. In our factories, we currently have two Recovery lines in production and are in the process of building a new line, called AF. You will have the opportunity to help build a new team from scratch and be responsible for approx. 12 operators who currently work on day shifts on weekdays with project tasks, but later in operation must work on 3 shifts, all 7 days a week. You will be part of a production team leader group of 6 team leaders. The main task will initially be to ensure that employees and facilitators are ready for testing, validation, and subsequent production. The employees must be trained in everything related to being able to run a modern pharmaceutical production with high automation and integrated IT systems. The goal is to quickly establish stable production, with a robust group of employees and good production systems. Through a systematic approach, performance must be increased and you will constantly help to improve the process execution so that it is executed with the fewest possible errors. On the journey, in collaboration with M2 Recovery's other production and support team leaders, you will be responsible for creating and anchoring a strong production and improvement culture, with qualified employees in our new Recovery production line. Qualifications To succeed in this position, we prefer that you: • Have experience in pharmaceutical production or GMP-regulated production environment • Have management experience and preferably complimented with an academic background • Are a passionate personnel manager with a focus on employee development • Speak and understand Danish and English • Have strong communication skills in cooperation with employees, colleagues, and stakeholders • Can oversee high complexity, prioritizing your tasks, keeping calm, and taking the lead despite a high pace • Is an effective problem solver - preferably with knowledge of LEAN tools On a personal level, you can see challenges and opportunities in a larger perspective, and coach and guide your employees to thereby create companionship. You thrive on making independent decisions, with respect and loyalty for cooperation with your colleagues. The department M2 Recovery is a production department based in PS API, Kalundborg. The department produces intermediates for the Novo Nordisk Insulin and GLP-1 portfolio. We are approx. 230 employees divided into 13 teams.
