The position
Your role will be to support the development and maintenance of Assurance Intelligence’s application portfolio. The role entails that you: Improve and expand our business intelligence environment and explore new ways to uncover insights from large corporate datasets Work hands-on with the advanced analytics and artificial intelligence technology we utilize Suggest and try out your ideas, as well as challenge the status quo This position is an excellent opportunity to apply cutting-edge data analytics and machine learning in a corporate environment, as well as an opportunity to kick-start your developer career in Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you hold a master’s degree within IT, software engineering, statistics, mathematics, data science or other related fields. Some years of experience are advantageous, but not required. Additionally, we expect that you fulfil some of the following criteria: Knowledge of Python, algorithms, data structures, statistics, SQL and database design, or any other programming language as a plus Experience in web-development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) Ability and desire to engage with stakeholders as you will develop tools in close collaboration with the end users Experience of building ETL pipelines and applying artificial intelligence to solve business needs are a plus On a personal level, you are proactive, dynamic, curious and a quick learner, who have a strong analytical mind-set, a clear flair for numbers and details, and can work independently or collaborate effectively with colleagues, dependent on the task. You will join Assurance Intelligence, a department in Group Internal Audit. Assurance Intelligence is a young, dynamic and international team at the forefront of analytics in the area of financial diagnostics, internal auditing and risk monitoring. We develop a wide array of different solutions for all of Novo Nordisk. We also make use of artificial intelligence and the latest technologies to develop our application portfolio and ultimately deliver advanced digital solutions for multiple users across the organization.
