About the programme
The Demant Graduate Programme offers you a unique opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. Each year, we hire between 5-10 graduates for different business areas. We will lead you through a two-year journey starting in September 2022. Depending on the business area, you will have 3-4 different rotations each lasting for 6-8 months. This will provide you with a broad understanding of our business and a strong network of people across functions.
You will plan your rotations together with your Host Manager to enhance your development in the best possible way. The programme also adapts to the needs of the business. Therefore, the projects and tasks vary from rotation to rotation. As we are a global company, many of our graduates can also go abroad for one of their rotations.

We have a flat organization, which helps you to get a holistic overview of our business. To easier find your way around, former graduates will partner up with you to support you. We furthermore offer you training sessions such as project and stakeholder management skills. We also offer a mentoring scheme, which will focus on your personal development. Besides that, you will join a fantastic network with the other graduates, whereby everybody grows together already after the first days.
Your business area: Audiology
The hearing aid market is changing rapidly. New technologies and new regulations are driving the change and at Demant, we want to be at the forefront of the change to provide the best possible hearing aids. Our Demant Hearing Aid Audiology team works across the 4 hearing aid brands Oticon, Bernafon, Philips and Sonic on shaping the future of audiology for the brands. We base this on a deep understanding of how the brain makes sense of sound, how hearing loss should be rehabilitated, how hearing aids are optimally fit and how signal processing optimizes audibility and clarity of sound for a person with hearing loss. In addition, we collaborate with Demant R&D and other Demant business units, such as Hearing Care, Diagnostics, Oticon Medical and EPOS on strategic projects. The team is involved in global research projects to investigate how new hearing aid technology and research methods can contribute to improving the impact of hearing aids on daily life of people with hearing loss. The team is rooted in the commercial hearing aid brand organization and comprises about 20 people with a very wide range of skills within clinical audiology, neuroscience, cognition, signal processing, psychoacoustics and communication.
Your profile
You are about to graduate, or have graduated no more than two years ago, with a relevant Master's degree in audiology. You are a top performer with excellent achievements in either your studies, through your work experience or extracurricular activities. You have furthermore gained international experience through a semester or internship abroad or similar. And last, you are fluent in English.
As a person, we believe that you are a team player with a high drive and passion for what you do. You are curious, hardworking, and just as important, you are humble and fun to work with. You are both strategic and pragmatic and go for the ambitious goal.

Deadline for applications is 9th of January 2022
We will then choose applicants for video interviews, which take place from 17th – 21st January 2022. After that, we choose the final candidates for our assessment center, which takes place on Wednesday, 26th of January 2022 at our headquarters in Smørum. Personal interviews with the very last candidates take place from 31st of January – 4th of February 2022.
