About Demant

About the programme
The Demant Graduate Programme offers you a unique opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. Each year, we hire between 5-10 graduates for different business areas. We will lead you through a two-year journey starting in September 2022. Depending on the business area, you will have 3-4 different rotations each lasting for 6-8 months. This will provide you with a broad understanding of our business and a strong network of people across functions.
You will plan your rotations together with your Host Manager to enhance your development in the best possible way. The programme also adapts to the needs of the business. Therefore, the projects and tasks vary from rotation to rotation. As we are a global company, many of our graduates can also go abroad for one of their rotations.

You will be given real tasks and responsibilities with high exposure from day one. We believe this is the best way to kick-start your career. After successfully completing the programme, you will continue your career in Demant in a permanent position.
We have a flat organization, which helps you to get a holistic overview of our business. To easier find your way around, former graduates will partner up with you to support you. We furthermore offer you training sessions such as project and stakeholder management skills. We also offer a mentoring scheme, which will focus on your personal development. Besides that, you will join a fantastic network with the other graduates, whereby everybody grows together already after the first days.
Your business area: IT
As our new IT graduate, you will get a broad IT education and a profound technical and enterprise understanding. You will work with a lot of different technologies in many different areas. You get to work in an international and multi brand context within a complex universe. Your learnings will be the foundation for your future career in Demant. Specific possibilities of rotations are:
- being the project manager of smaller deployment projects
- working with IT finance & vendor management and communication across global IT
- participating in the global deployment of Dynamics 365 (global context)
- programming tasks
- participating in the global roll-out of Salesforce in our many sales companies/hearing clinics (ERP & CRM projects)
- joining Mergers & Acquisition projects located in our Infrastructure department
Your profile
You are about to graduate, or have graduated no more than two years ago, with a relevant Master's degree within IT or Engineering. You are a top performer with excellent achievements in either your studies, through your work experience or extracurricular activities. You have furthermore gained international experience through a semester or internship abroad or similar. And last, you are fluent in English.
As a person, we believe that you are a team player with a high drive and passion for what you do. You are curious, hardworking, and just as important, you are humble and fun to work with. You are both strategic and pragmatic and go for the ambitious goal.

Deadline for applications is 9th of January 2022
We will then choose applicants for video interviews, which take place from 17th – 21st January 2022. After that, we choose the final candidates for our assessment center, which takes place on Wednesday, 26th of January 2022 at our headquarters in Smørum. Personal interviews with the very last candidates take place from 31st of January – 4th of February 2022.
